Abbie founded Dazey Talent [then the Dazey Hills Company] in 2019 when she was 23. She was frustrated with the lack of representation within talent management. She started her journey with 5 clients and now represents over 60 clients in the UK and Europe across the entertainment industry.

Abbie’s clients range from industry newcomers to seasoned actors and industry returners, and she is passionate about nurturing their individual careers while championing a brand that prioritises inclusion.

Abbie lives with cerebral palsy and also works as an access coordinator in film and TV.

Dazey Talent is disability led and diversity-focused.

The Dazey Hills Company is now used as part of Abbie’s producing work.
